Thanks to many years of experience, we carry out both simple installation work and complex projects and implementations involving modernisation, integration, commissioning and system diagnostics. We carry out each project with complete technical documentation, including weekly progress reports, a final report, updated electrical drawings and functional tests, along with the handover of the systems to the shipowner.

FUGRO VOYAGER

One of the most important projects carried out by our team. AB Electro – Tech was responsible for the implementation, adaptation and commissioning of many key systems on the vessel:

Mission System (Drilling rig)

Reassembly of the drilling rig, including full adaptation of the new electrical installation, cabling, connections and system tests. Our company also provided engineering services in the field of documentation and adaptation of technical drawings.

BESS System (Battery Energy Storage System)

Installation of a new power supply system for the energy storage system.
Cables were laid from the main switchboard to the battery container – a total of 1.4 km of 3×120 mm² power cables and complete signal and control cabling.

Sanitary System

Expansion of the power supply and signal electrical system, built from scratch, including testing and handover to the shipowner.

Drill Water System

Reconstruction of the power supply and control systems, testing and commissioning.

Liquid Mud System

Complete electrical installation, functional testing and handover of the system to the shipowner..

New Gyro System

Installation, cable routing, documentation adaptation, connections and testing.

Organising cable routes

Organising and binding routes, correcting cable routing and markings, preparing as-built documentation.

Comprehensive servicing and repair work

Performing a full list of MEGA TEST tests,
Removing all ground faults,
Replacing the Main Engine Safety System (installing a new Boning control panel),
Adaptation of documentation, updating of drawings, tests in the presence of a Boning service technician,
Repair and programming of the boiler temperature control system,
Cleaning and maintenance of generators (shaft and auxiliary),
Tightening of new power and signal circuits,
All work documented and delivered with a full report.
